Shocking service at Fourways Mall iStore

Waited over two hours just to be told I could not get an iPhone - and through no fault of my own... ... there are no chairs and I am a pensioner and was never offered a seat. Manager absolutely ineffective... made the young salesman make phone calls to Vodacom where I felt a Manager's authority was required.
