Shocking service

<p>I went to Istore gateway to buy an iPhone. Surely in this economy an Istore would grab onto a potential purchaser?</p> <p> </p> <p>instead, I was consulted by several inexperienced consultants. Instead of them trying to sell me a phone, they made EVERY excuse as to why I should not buy a phone there. They literally listed why I shouldn't buy a new iPhone from them, and listen I was a buyer who was willing to pay anything because I desperately needed a phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually after about 45 minutes of the most pathetic service, I went down to vodacom where they gave me a phone within minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>thank you vodacom. What a waste of time the Istore was. </p>
