Shocking service!

The iStore is advertising on their website "Repairs while you wait". It even mentions that if you arrive before 16h00 on weekdays your battery will be replaced while you wait, which would indicate that it should take about 1 hour. I went to Menlyn this morning, stood in a queue for at lest 25 minutes, then to be told that it would take about a day and that they would call me. There were other repairs ahead of me and that was it! How can you advertise this service and then expect clients to wait almost a whole day????
