Shocking service

Shocking experience. Tried to update MTN contract with istore as advertised. From the get go met with terrible service...staff don’t know their product, disqualifying me for the voucher, then documents submitted and from the system being offline to the agent being sick..I never got my phone and was told to go to another store. I was forced to cancel after going through the wait and inconveniences of submitting eveything needed. I suggest dealing with networks directly...the istore is a facade
