Shocking Quality Beats Earphones

I bought Beats earphones less than 2 years ago. They don't charge anymore but because they are out of warranty, Sandton tells me they can't fix them!! Nearly R4000 on earphones and they only last 2 years! What ******* are you selling to your customers?? I think its absolutely shocking! I will never ever buy Beats again!!
