Shocking online service

What shocking and unprofessional service, if I was Apple I would disassociate my from this bunch. App**** online for a new iPhone 13, sent in all the documents required and got an auto reply saying someone would get back to me within 3 business days (as per their SLA!). It’s now been over 2 weeks and they haven’t made any attempt to contact me, obviously way too busy to actually sell phones!! Very disappointed and unimpressed!
