Service is the pits!

To whom it may concern : Faulty device to be collected .

I am honestly out of patience where your service is concerned , I had contacted you as soon as I experienced the issue with the device I had purchased . I filled in the form for collection of this device I have provided all that was needed . It's nearly a month now the phone is still here with me not functioning properly , Instore was unable to assist they advice I make arrangements to have the device repaired as it is still within the warranty period .

I have been waiting for weeks now its a story every now and again , no-one cares to give me a call for confirmation its emails and it takes days for your people to respond to my emails.

Your service is beyond pathetic to say the least . I am expecting someone to contact me and provide me with proper feedback and a contingency plan or just refund me because I did say this device was being used for work . I am loosing funds , business because of your carelessness and appalling service . This device is 3 only with me since the purchased date which was the 28/07/2024 order #*** Your service does not even deserve a 1 STAR !
