service delivery for the cavendish branch weaker than a latrine toilet

almost 2 months waiting for a phone to be approved and i am not sure if the staff at Cavendish are taking this seriously because i am getting irate now waiting for a ****** device this is unacceptable actually because i am not getting the value for my money. I need my phone ASAP
