Pathetic service I received from your istore Maponya Mall. I sent my phone for screen repair and paid in December . first week in January I collected my phone to my surprise the camera lens was coming out and then I resent it back coz that’s not the way I had sent it. The phone came back now with cracked screen and the lens is not there completely. The store manager says they can not help me and it’s not their fault . It’s the repairs problem. I want my phone fixed as the only problem was the screen and it was first time being fixed, I’m not willing to pay for anything as now I was being quoted for lens when it went there intact .
