Screen defective iPhone 16

Bought a phone on Monday online and collected it at the glen istore. The phone was not opened at the store took phone home sealed. Only to realise that the phone has two cracks one on the top right and other on the left bottom . I took back the phone to the store and the attitude of the assistant manage was so off , very rude and telling me that phone have scratches n cracks she is so unprofessional n undermined me. I was told that phone will be taken to jet park for assessment I have to spend days without a phone which I paid for n I expected to get quality and non defective product. I paid R20000 only to receive defective iPhone 16.
