I am very disappointed in the services offered form the istore. my phone got damaged and I took it in to get fixed. The Technician claims its liquid damage??? so which means the iPhone Xs is not waterproof like that which is claimed by apple! so they are false advertised!

They charge me R12000 for a Reconned phone and they keep my old one. If I want to keep my old phone they charge me R20 000!!!! for a phone that is FIXED. a new phone is R14000!!!!

The istore is busy with a robbing business selling previously damaged phones at ridiculous prices!!!!

NO thank you iStore! will take my business elsewhere!
