I recently went to iSore in Canal Walk for a new contract after a disasters experience at the iStore Tygervalley. An application for a new contract is a tedious process but the sales consultant, Leora Nates was excellent by continuously apologised for the long process of completing the necessary forms (which is out of her control). She was very patient and professional throughout the whole process.

The application was sent to the service provider and Leora kept me informed via email as to where the application is in the process. This is excellent customer service which you rarely see these days. She also regularly followed-up with the service provider regarding due process.
