I went to I store menlyn for the first time to purchase a phone, little did i know the phone i wanted is no longer in store however purchased online. So one lady told me straight I must go online and buy from there with no effort to explain how and what to do. Clearly i wasnt worth her time since i wasnt gona purchase from the store.

I went out confused and a bit down. Gues what i went back an hour later and i met a gentleman by the name Paballo pablo ??? he gave me a 5 star✨✨✨✨service, he was kind, patient, friendly and even assisted me in store with the purchase and mind you it was his lunch break yet he went an extra mile.
