Sandton istore is the pits

Utter nonsense. They made a mistake with my Telkom contract and then a debit order of R25k went off my account while I was on holiday and then because I reversed it my line was blocked. It took over two weeks for the matter to be sorted out. The manager BONGO did nothing to help. Very very poor customer service. I would suggest you go to any other istore. I would recommend the Fourways one rather than waste your time at this pitiful establishment.
