Sad service

We have recently bought a number of products from istore but were missing some key accessories. On Boxing Day we attended Istore East Rand Mall - what a disgrace of a store. The person assisting us ignored us on several occasions in front of the manager who was sitting on his phone - when seeking his assistance he shrugged us off and told us to wait in line (after waiting for 15 min for the initial lady to assist us). Really sad and poor service from a brand I have always loved.
