Rude service provider at istore gateway
Dealing with an idiot technician at istore gateway Durban, by the name of Ntando Nyembe. Rude. We had a 12pm appointment but whatever needs done HAS TO apparently take 30 mins. How is it my fault if I phones such a problem product. The technician said he needs to juggle between my 12pm appointment and his 12:30 appointment. What an idiot for double booking.

09 Aug 2020, 13:51To make matters worse, the same technician (2hrs later), asks for a 32gig USB memory stick. Another R200 later, he is still struggling. So 2 hours later and R450 + R200 later, with all his expertise, now it "could be" a problem with the phone software ????
