Rude Service!

I had disgusting service from the Apple iStore in pavilion westville today, the lady working behind the service desk embarrassed me and highly put down the apple product. All I wanted was to Enquire about a screen repair on my iPhone 6 and I was treated like this. I was told to go away and come back later when she has time for me!? And told that Apple do not do repairs on their phones and I must find som body else to do it and be prepared to lose my warranty!? It seems she hates her job and the apple product. Best part is she did the same thing to a friend of mine who needed an iPod repaired. He has since gone across to Samsung.
