Rude, impatient, terrible service.

I had the worst experience ever at Istore Brooklyn. My iphone 12 pro is unresponsive and will not turn on, used it for about 10 days.. which is aready a extremely traumatic event. I phoned yesterday to ask about their trading hours.. was told they are open till 6. Arrived 10 past 5.. then heard that the tech desk already closed at 5. One uncessary trip during the second covid wave to a mall. So I went again this morning arrived at 9 to be first in line. The lady who helped me was rude, impatient and did not offer support in this aready stressful situation. My iphone was protected by an otterbox cover and screen protector from day 1. Then she inspected the brand new phone.. wiped it with a dirty blue cloth and wrote that theres tiny scratches on the camera frame.. I told her that I do not agree and there is absolutely no scratches. I asked to speak to the manager and he totally supported her... told me thats what they see... Asked if they could please try to save my photos- not even going to try. Phone will be wiped. ***********, unhelpful, unfriendly staff.
