RUDE EMPLOYEE/ BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am sooo disappointed. Went to Istore in PAVILLION to do my Mtn contract the Indian who was working at the front was VERY RUDE. I told her I am not sure yet of the phone that I want to buy so I asked her if I can walk around the shop while I am on the que. she rudely said no with an attitude and she kept on telling me that there is a long que I might have to wait for an hour or two and I never said I have a problem with waiting. I had driven an hour from Pietermaritzburg to PAVILLION just to be treated so badly at Istore. I had to leave.
