Rotten Apple Store

Today 31 may 2026 i went to the Istore in Canal walk as they had a deal of 2 ipads on a Vodacom contract for R549 per month. My daughter always wanted 1 so i said its a good deal. We got all the paper work they needed and we had to wait.The 1 guy took my ID book, proof of residence and bank statement which i had to go get. After sitting for an hour we were finally called and started the process. Everythibg was done and there my daughter sat excited to get her pink ipad. Then the guy who helped me said i could not get the ipads because i still have the old ID book and that the sysyem couldn't check it. The look on my childs face turned into dredd.

We still had to get supper but she told me she just wanted to go home. We left with nothibg after waiting 2 hours of my time and disappointed my child. So thanks Apple for nothing
