ROTTEN APPLE

<p><u><strong>I am appalled by the<u> lack of service and quiet indifference that i have been experiencing from APPLE and Istores in particular</u></strong>.</u> I needed a Power Adaptor which ordered from the Istore and paid the required R1499.00. <strong>I received an adaptor that was only a 2 pin that also does not fit South African two pin sockets.</strong> I then went to the Istore in Cresta and was advised that it was not their problem and that i must go back to Istore online to get a refund. T<strong>hey would not be able to do anything , however, as APPLE was only providing these lousy, unworkable 2 pin plugs for the replacement power adaptors.</strong> You can only get a three pin plug when you buy an APPLE. <strong>Replacement, unavailable. Disgusting, why am I using APPLE</strong></p>
