<p>I have 2 queries on a trade-in i did yesterday at your Eastgate store. Firstly when I was at your store earlier yesterday the chap that assisted me with an iwatch purchase told me that the trade-in value on my iphone 6 would also depend if we had charger with phone otherwise we would lose out on R 100.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I see the trade-in value was R 4200.00 as I did`nt have charger and few scratches where you plug charger that I was battling to see with the naked eye. Now are you telling me that R 700.00 was deducted because of those hair line scratches so fine that you battle to see? Don`t think so.</p> <p>Feeling **********.
