I went to your fourways branch today wanting to do a trade in my iPhone 7 for an Apple Watch, I was told that I was going to get 4700 I just needed to get the charger. I went back home to get the charger and when I came back another guy assisted me said that he could not give me that amount because there was a screen damage. I requested that the manager assess the phone and she also said the same thing and offered me 900bucks for a phone that is fully functional and is still warranty!!!!The GM then came and said it was fine they should process the trade in. After waiting for more than an hour the same guy that assisted me still went on to say no he can’t do the trade in because of the screen . I asked them why tell me to drive back home to get the charger in the first place when you knew you did not want to assist me? Everyone in the shop treated me like I was the one to be blamed, no one bothered to apologize or even offer me something better. The phone is still under warranty, why not give me the watch and fix the phone since it’s for free anyway rather than wasting my time and fuel driving 20km to and from!!revolting!!
