Good day, my iphone 7plus front camera stopped working, took it to iStore Namibia, i was told the reason was because of a manufacture defect (so i was not suppose to pay) and it was taken to an iStore in South Africa. 3weeks later i received an email with a quote of N$7049 which is equivalent to about USD600+. I was later told the camera stop working because of crack on the top left corner of my phone, therefore i should get a replacement and it would cost me N$7049. Please help this is "*******".

What surprises me is that it costs USD600+ to fix a phone screen and that i should pay for a manufacture defect.
