Replacement phone faulty after 2 months of use

In April 2017 i took my phone in for repairs at the istore the glen mall. I was quoted R2700 for a replacement phone as the problem was not fixed but rather given a replacement phone. In September 2017 i collected an apparently replacement phone from the istore the glen mall after paying R2700 for it. November 2017 the apparent replacement phone experiences exactly the same problem as my previous handset. I take it back to the istore and this time im quoted just above R3000 for another replacement phone. I explained to them that i collected the phone in Septemeber after paying R2700 for it as a replacement and am now expected to pay another R3000 for a phone that worked for barely 3 months.

They totally disregarded my matter instead i was made a fool of when different staff members at core group would respond to my emails.

My phone has been returned to the istore and not fixed as i am expected to pay R3000 for a phone that didnt work.

Im disgusted and dissapointed at the istore the glen mall and core groups treatment
