Replacement nightmare.

Hi

In this era were most of the things are done digitally then to get to suffer for you to get a replacement phone from the Insurance, how a person should function without the phone.

1st Replacement Damaged sent other one delivered yesterday and device is not charging and scratches on the front screen and back cover is visible, the screen at the bottom is tempered with as i can see the glue or dirt this is so unacceptable,

I tried being patient but clearly, I am not taken seriously. So, I think its best I get my refund or cash settlement and then we part ways.
