Repeat Faulty Laptop

Bought a MacBook Air brand new at the iStore, with iCare. I bought the laptop thinking I won’t have problems, especially because I paid so much for the laptop. My laptop was barely a year and a half old when it started giving me battery problems. Took my laptop in 3 times already, losing working time with my laptop each time. Although they state “this is not a usual problem” and clearly my laptop must’ve been in a faulty batch, they’ll probably continue to temporarily fix the laptop until my iCare expires and the problems become mine. I have not received so many problems with any other laptop brands, even laptops valued below R8000 have given me less problems.
