Repair number: SF09002

I took my phone to Rosebank iStore. It has been 6 working days since I got any communication about the device, whereas I was promised communication every 2-3 days. I sent an email and I still did not get any response. This is frustrating because I am not getting the service I was promised. When I call the shop, they keep transferring me to a department where no one picks up the phone. Bear in mind that I need that phone to conduct my business and school.
