REFUSING TO REFUND ME!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

<p>I preordered the Iphone 7 Plus on 30 September - the day it became available to preorder. I don't know what PREORDER means to you but to me it means that I'll get preference of receiving the item on the day it's launched. That never happened. I cancelled the order because Istore Cavendish assisted me in buying one. Now I've been strugglin for a week to get my money back - R15 000!!!!!! LUNGA & LERATO = ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Call your couriers and get a proof of me NOT signing for the parcel and refund me my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will post this horrid service on EVERY single social media outlet I can find until you refund me. I want a proof of refund before the end of today. GET A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK BECAUSE I ESCALATED LUNGISA'S POOR SERVICE AND ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK LAST WEEK FRIDAY AND STILL NOTHING! ISTORE YOU SUCK GET ME MY MONEY AND A MANAGER TO CALL ME! IMMEDIATELY!!!</p>
