Refund problem

<p>I went to istore menlyn on the 12th of January & bought a charger. When I got home it didn't work on my phone so I returned it the following day. I handed the cable including my receipt in for a refund which is the process they use for a refund as I swiped for a purchase. It's 5 months now & I haven't been refunded my money. What's worse & makes me angry is the fact that I went back to the store 3 times & I waste money by going there,they always give me the run around with delay tactics. I would appreciate your help in this matter.i'm about to escalate this matter to small claims court as this is absurd & unprofessional.</p>
