Received second hand Power Bank

<p>I ordered a MiPow power bank online from iStore website and I received it on Friday 28 October 2016. The parcel was properly wrapped and also inside the box power bank was bubble wrapped, but when I removed the bubble wrap, I found out that Battery Bank box is not sealed and even the power bank plastic cover was out from the box partially and even when I took it out from its box I found small scratches on power bank body.</p> <p>It is not aligned with my expectation from iStore services and I was expecting to receive 100% new and high quality product from iStore online shop. I am not happy with the product quality and I think it was a used product which was sent to me.</p> <p>This weekend, I went to iStore in Mall of Africa to see their Mipow power banks and all of them were sealed properly and had a sticker on the box to show they have not been opened and used. I attached a few photos to proof my claim. I sent a complain email to iStore customer care and received an appology email from them and offering to replace or refund the money but still waiting for the contact to collect the product. Case # ********** </p> <p>As I mentioned above, I am totally disappointed with the product's quality and Istore service and I want you to replace it with the sealed and unused product or refund the payment.</p>
