Recall program is a farce

Istore is not Apple, they are only "authorised" resellers. In practise this means they can do nothing for customers other than taking their money. Case in point. My watch screen cracked. There is an official recall program by Apple for this. Yet when I sent in my watch they charge me basically a new watch price to fix it. Why? Wait for it...the screen is cracked. ***? Apparently the crack that formed originally cannot weaken the rest of the display and the subsequent screen damage is what I now have to pay for. Really?? LOL!
