****** and Bad service

I went to your store in Fourways Mall this morning to do an upgrade at 10:15 the guy at the door was so rude treated me bad in away that I decided to walk away. When I entered the door he greeted I greeted back when I was about to explain myself to him so he can generate a ticked for me he just disregarded me and assisted the white couple that was behind me.

I felt so disrespected and I asked him why he did that and didn’t even have an explanation. I drove all the way there because last time I did an upgrade there the service was ok but after today I just felt like your store is for certain people not all of us are target market because of your *********** and disrespectful consultants.

I regret wasting my time and petrol driving all the way there to be treated like trash.
