My iPad went in for repairs on the 26th MArch 2015. I specifically asked that it be expedited as my daughter is using it for school. It is almost a month later and I still have not received the unit. It has been two weeks since schools opened and my daughter is suffering as she is unable to do her work.<br> No one is giving me progress feedback. I always have to be the one digging for the response.<br> I really do not think this is the service I deserve from the iStore, after having invested with them.<br> The service is very uprofessional.
