QDos OptiGuard glass Protect a lot of air bubbles

I did buy a new OptiGuard Glass Protect from the I Store in Menlyn. When I try to install the protector on the phone it has a lot of air bubbles on the screen and you can't get rid of it. I took the product back to the store (in 20min) and they tell me the guarantee is not with them.They refuse to take the product back. I need to claim it from QDos.<br> On their till slip there terms and condition are you can return the product in 7 Days if you got approve of payment. I have done it in 20min. This is unacceptable that they sell some stuff that they do not have control over.<br>
