Purchase, service and bad attitude

I have made at least 5 purchases over a period of time from the Istore at Centurion Mall. Without fail I am informed everytime that I can not pay for my purchases with my dinersclub card. Everytime I proved the staff wrong by asking them to swipe the card and the payment went through everytime. I have asked the managers everytime to just inform the staff that dinersclub payments do go through. On the 27th January 2017, I again went to the store and wanted to make a purchase for R749.00. Again I was told that my dinersclub can't be accepted for payment. I again asked them to just swipe the card. Morné Erasmus the Assistant Manager was called and he refused to swipe the card. When I informed him that I paid with the card five times before, he informed me that he will not swipe it as dinersclub does not pay Istore. I asked him more than twice how this is possible, if I have been contacted to return the purchases if Istore did not get paid. He again repeated that Istore never gets their money from dinersclub and therefore the card is not accepted for payment. He told me that this was information from Istore finance department. This is a ridiculous answer and reason and I think it can have serious implications for Istore as he is accusing dinersclub of not paying Istore. I told him in front of my PA and two of the Istore staff that I do not believe him, but he insisted that dinersclub does not pay. I have written to dinersclub with all the purchases I was charged for by them and am demanding my money back as what Morné says, means that they made me pay amounts which they never paid to Istore. I am willing to take legal action and am pursuing the matter with dinersclub and will go to the ombudsman for retail industry. As a loyal customer of Istore, I ended up paying with another card, but am very unhappy about the incident.
