Professional and Pleasant

I use an iPhone SE, and since round about 07 March, all the photos and videos I received via "Whatsapp" were duplicated in my "gallery." I visited my closest branch, they couldn't help, I called "Apple Support" they couldn't help. So I had to merge duplicates or delete all day long- very tiring. On Sunday, I went shopping at Fourways Mall, and thought I'd pop into the iStore and enquire if they had found a solution yet. I spoke with Lesego Stone - he thought a bit - and after a few minutes he seemed to have found the solution - I had not upgraded my "Whatsapp" software. Thank you Lesego for your patience and for fixing a time consuming problem.
