Product returned still no money in my account

<p>We returned a product on the 6th of May 2017, we were promised money would be in our account with 4-7 working days, it is now 12 bank working days and exactly 17 days since the item has been returned and still no money back in my account. </p> <p> </p> <p>To top it off I stood there for half an hour before they told me it will be an hour to check the item, and then went home for a hour after that hour and sent my husband back to go get the refund. But at the end Istore still took there R500 for customer handling, but I'm sitting and waiting for 17days for my money to be put in my account. </p> <p> </p> <p>Im not sitting with the product, but neither am I sitting with my money that's owed to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been patient and have left it, but time has now run out, this is ridiculous and Istore will never see me in the shop again!! I'm disgusted with this service!!! </p>
