Problem with assistance at istore

I am struggling to get any help from these guys. Eventually after a struggle at istore clearwater mall assisted me to order a phone from istore fourways mall, never telling me that Vodacom don’t have any deals on the iPhone 7 plus. Everyone keep on telling me that they are so sorry , but does nothing to correct this situation for me. It is not my fault that no one ever told me there is no deal. I orded the phone with the knowledge that there is still a deal on. This is a fault istore Clearwater mall made. They should fix it and help me with this situation.
