Poor service with a cellphone upgrade

An attempted contract application at the Istore Sandton branch. Pathetic service received, in an attempt to apply for a new contract during their annual sale. We were made to wait for long periods of time. I was made to drive over 80km twice and still could not be assisted. We stood waiting to be assisted for 45 minutes. I will not recommend using the Istore. Absolutely horrible.
