Poor service, useless repair centre

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration, I have taken my phone back to the store because it has a fault with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, it has been faulty from the beginning, one wonders why it was not tested before sale,

My phone is on *two* years warranty, I bought it in April, and took it back to the Store in June, till today I haven't gotten a concrete response they are going back and forth and it is so frustrating we are on the forth month now, I am really FUMING
