Poor service. Unprofessional and ***********

Made my wife wait for more than 2hrs at Istore @ Vodaworld, until Sales Manager phoned by Store Manager, who refused to let her upgrade her contract, due to her old surname not having been chaged on Vodacom, despite her having proof of id and marriage with her. 2hr drive back there again to get upgrade done 2 days later. Following day sim stops working. Vodacom says her contract was cancelled by istore, after upgrade, and that she must drive back again to have it fixed. All of you wasting my time and money. Useless! (Thanks for the free ipad pro!)
