Poor service Istore Pavilion

My wife went open a contract at the I store pavilion. Store closes at 7pm She wanted to renew her contract. The trainee went to her manager and returned to inform my wife that it is too late to do the contract. One and half hour to close! She called Telkom Express in Gateway And they informed that they should have attended to her.

Well a wasted trip and now we have to make a trip to Gateway. What poor service. Totally disappointed.
