Poor service Istore Menlyn

Today marks 10 days without my cash, I did an in store trade in and was told payment will be processed within 72 days, today marks 10 full days and I’m still waiting. I have called several times to escalate but zero updates. At this rate I just want my phone back and if you need istore service go anywhere else except Menlyn store.
