Poor service from Istore online

I purchased a preloved IPhone 12 on the 6th of September with a request of overnight delivery. Today is the 14th September and still no phone and no communication from them other than me phoning. I have phoned 4 times and now they tell me they don’t have stock, yet they still advertise the exact same phone on their website. Yesterday when I phoned I was told by the consultant that she would phone me back…..still waiting for the call. Their WhatsApp query line is useless as you never get put through to an agent!! I find their service absolutely shocking!!! I would advise that you never order online with Istore….I spent R10000.00 rand which they have had in their bank account earning interest whilst I am sitting without a phone!!
