POOR SERVICE FROM ISTORE

I purchased an iMac 24” (MGTF3SO/A) at iStore East Rand Mall today. My Salesperson was Lesedi (C05161). I placed my order for a Blue iMac & paid for it. She then told me to go out of the store & bring a trolley. When I returned, she put a brown box in my trolley & I left. When I reached my office I opened the box & saw that they gave me Silver instead of blue. I immediately returned to the store & explained to them that they gave me the incorrect colour. Erin Joubert (Manager) said he cannot assist me because Lesedi had left & he cannot change it because I opened the seal. He did not apologise nor take responsibility for his staff’s mistake. I paid a lot for this item. iStores staffs behaviour is unacceptable & reflect negatively on the Apple brand.
