Poor Service / False advertising

I've placed an order last week Thursday - iStore promotes a same day delivery option but since yesterday morning, I cannot seem to get any information regarding my delivery. Item has been paid for in full. Everyday I get a different story as to why there is no information regarding my delivery. The courier company cannot seem to find anything under the "waybill" number that iStore has provided
