Poor service.

IStore Gateway the worst customer service ever, we waited for a good 35 minutes just to get someone to assist us. They have this thing of judging a book by it cover, some customers are more important than others. My friend had to go and drag one the staff members to assist us. Although the guy that assisted us apologised but it did not sit well with me that he said he thought we were just looking at their products and not buying. Hence some people are being assisted from the moment they walk in the store whereas some people have to go drag the staff to be assisted.
