Poor service

I ordered an iPad Pro M1 in iStore Menlyn in October 2021 and haven’t received it yet. I tried to call them 3 times and email them and now respond. I also told them that I can’t be there if they let me know that my iPad Pro M1 has arrived because I’m in Kuruman and come every second month to Pretoria so they must hold it for me, they said they can’t hold it longer than 48 hours if I can’t collect it in that time they sell it.
