Poor service delivery Istore

No service delivery at all. Two days waiting for assistance, first day waited 2 hours just to be told the trade in service already closed instore. Decided to go back the next day. Today we waited 4 hours just to be no 1 in the que at last we have an sales person. Filed in all paperwork another hour just to be inform sorry you cannot upgrade yet. After we received two sms's from istore informing us we can upgrade. This is poor service. When we asked today about the trade in the answer were " Sorry we are not yet connected with home affairs " What the he'll, two diffrent stories from two diffrent sales persons in Istore. If they check if you will be able to upgrade with the first check in it will assist with service delivery because I dont think that any person will be satisfied to wait two days and eventually after Sms's that you received are been told you cannot upgrade yet. We are informed please go to vodacom before you come to us to make sure you can upgrade. Why in this life would you render such a service if you first have to go to vodacom. Really will rather used Vodacom to upgrade never in my life will Istore see me again. Highly disappointed.
